1. Introduction
Integrating the Messenger channel enables the synchronization of Messenger chat records to the NXLink platform. This allows businesses to view and respond to user inquiries in real-time through the NXLink backend, manage Messenger public pages, leverage Messenger's social and real-time capabilities for instant communication with users, and provide unified multi-channel customer service.
2. Process
2.1 Log into Facebook (www.facebook.com)
2.2 Create a public page (www.facebook.com/pages/?category=your_pages)
2.3 Integrate the public page into NXLink (https://nxlink.nxcloud.com/admin/#/home)
3. AI Agent Settings
If you need to use NXLink’s digital AI agent to handle customer requests, you must enable the function shown in the image below.
