WhatsApp Phone Number Unbinding Process

Step 1: Log into Meta Business Manager

Log in to the Meta Business Manager using the FB account that was authorized during registration.

Step 2: Locate and Remove the Corresponding WhatsApp Number

1. In Meta Business Manager: Business Settings → Accounts → WhatsApp Accounts → WhatsApp Manager

2. In WhatsApp Manager → Phone Numbers

3. Click the trash bin icon to delete the number.

Step 3: Notify NX Team to Synchronize Deletion

Inform the NX team which WhatsApp number has been deleted from which WABA account. After the NX team synchronizes the deletion in the backend, the process will be fully completed.
