Political content: Political parties or organizations of a political nature.
Gambling and trading: Including online and offline casino operations, sports betting, wagering, lotteries, Bitcoin, binary options, and forex companies, unless prior written approval is obtained from Viber. · Such companies must provide Viber with relevant guarantees, licenses, documents, and information to meet Viber’s requirements. · Written approval will only be granted once Viber receives all required documents and licenses. · Messages must also comply with the laws of the destination country and may only be sent to registered users of legal age.
Credit/loan services: Unless provided directly by banks. · These also require prior written approval from Viber and are subject to the same obligations (licenses, documents, guarantees) as above.
Pawnshops or related services.
Pornographic or adult content.
Tobacco-related services.
Alcohol-related services.
Weapons and/or drug trafficking: Including prescription drugs, recreational drugs, or others.
Uncontrollable content services: For example, open portals/blogs or any websites where user-generated content cannot be moderated.
Religious services: Including churches, temples, mosques, etc.
Online spiritual services: Such as tarot card reading, astrology, etc.
Malicious content: Any content containing or transmitting viruses, worms, defects, Trojan horses, or other malicious code.
False or misleading content: Content that falsely implies or suggests sponsorship or endorsement by Viber, as well as companies deemed to be competitors of Viber (at Viber’s sole discretion).
