Agents can send SMS content set by the administrator in advance to users.
1. Agent-Voice-Send SMS manually
Menu: Conversations - Voice.
Steps: 1. Click on the call bar SMS or the recent call SMS.
2. Enter the SMS number to be sent.
3. Select the text message template you want to send.
4. Click OK to send.

2. Agent-Call Records-Send text messages manually
Menu: Reports - Interactions - Voice
Steps: 1. Click to send text message.
2. Select a text message template.
3. Click OK to send.
