The member group function is used to group members, which can be likened to organizational structure. The agent group can be likened to business structure. The leader of the member group (even if the role is an agent) can view the member data of this group in conversation analysis, agent monitoring, and agent statistics.
1. Member Group Configuration
(1) Add Group: Optional to select a leader. When the leader is not in the group, the leader will be added to the group.
(2) Edit Group: Edit group name and leader.
(3) Delete Group: Only empty member groups can be deleted.

3. Voice Agent Monitoring
（1）The leader of the member group and the leader of the agent group (even if the role is an agent) can view the member data of this group in agent monitoring.
