1. Configure Agent Group Route

In Agent Group Management, assign the custom route that the agent group will use.

In Agent Group Management, you can also specify the NXCloud voice trunk for the group.

When enabling outbound caller ID, the NXCloud voice trunk will be used. You can configure either:

A random number, or
-
A pre-configured DID number.

2. Agents Use Routes to Make Calls

Agents can select the desired route from the dial pad when placing a call.

If an agent belongs to multiple agent groups, they may have multiple routes available to choose from.
3. Select Route for AI Outbound Tasks

When creating an outbound task, select the agent group.

The outbound task will then use the route assigned to that agent group to place calls.
