To register for an NXLINK account, follow these steps:
Step 1: Register for an account
- Go to the NXLINK login page(https://app.nxcloud.com/#/login) and click on "Create an account".
- Enter your email address, which can be a personal or company email, but it is recommended to use a company email.
- Enter your company name, which should match the full name on your business license.
- Enter your phone number. If you are already a user of the NXcloud platform, it is recommended to use the same phone number as your cloud platform account.


Step 2: Enterprise authentication
- Switch to the "Verification" module under the "Management" and click on "Start enterprise authentication".
- If you are a new customer, you need to upload proof documents for verification.
- If you are an existing customer of the NXcloud platform, you can choose to import authentication information through the cloud platform.



Step 3: Top-up and use
- Under "Management", navigate to the "Recharge" module to top up your account directly using online payment methods. Currently, Alipay is supported.
- Alternatively, you can top up via bank transfer. Please transfer the payment to the NXcloud corporate account using the official account number, and then contact our customer service team with the payment voucher.
Note: Each enterprise only needs to register one account, which will serve as the administrator (owner). This account can add other users who need access to the marketing cloud system. If you are already a registered customer with an existing cloud platform account, you can simply log in and link your account.
