1. Log in to your Zalo personal account. In [My Account], click [Settings] → [Account and Security] to access the verification section. Unverified accounts will display the status “Unverified.”
2. Click [Account Verification] and upload your identification document.
3. Click [Start] to begin verification, then use your camera to upload a selfie.
4. Click [Call me] to proceed with facial recognition via video call, and finally wait for manual review.
