Proactive Suggestion
- When enabled, the AI assistant will proactively generate reply suggestions for agents based on customer messages during conversations.
- Usage of AI-generated replies will incur charges.

Specify the WABA Numbers
To ensure that agents within a specific digital agent group can only initiate outbound conversations using the WABA numbers assigned to that group:
- Only administrators can configure this feature
- All WABA numbers will be displayed on the admin channel settings page
- Supports binding between agent groups and multiple WABA numbers
- A single WABA number can be assigned to multiple agent groups
- A single agent group can be associated with multiple WABA numbers
- Inbound conversations are not affected
Group Leader
- Allows setting one or more group leaders for the digital agent group (supports multiple selection)
- A single agent can be assigned as a group leader in multiple digital agent groups
- In “Interactions – Digital”, group leaders can only view conversation interactions of agents within their assigned groups
