Field Description
Group Name Enter the name of the digital agent group
AI Agent Assistant

Select one pre-configured AI assistant (single selection).

Once selected, the Proactive Suggestion feature will be automatically enabled


Proactive Suggestion

  • When enabled, the AI assistant will proactively generate reply suggestions for agents based on customer messages during conversations.
  • Usage of AI-generated replies will incur charges.

Specify the WABA Numbers

To ensure that agents within a specific digital agent group can only initiate outbound conversations using the WABA numbers assigned to that group:

  • Only administrators can configure this feature
  • All WABA numbers will be displayed on the admin channel settings page
  • Supports binding between agent groups and multiple WABA numbers
  • A single WABA number can be assigned to multiple agent groups
  • A single agent group can be associated with multiple WABA numbers
  • Inbound conversations are not affected

Group Leader

  • Allows setting one or more group leaders for the digital agent group (supports multiple selection)
  • A single agent can be assigned as a group leader in multiple digital agent groups
  • In “Interactions – Digital”, group leaders can only view conversation interactions of agents within their assigned groups
