How to Create Member Groups

Instructions

  1. A single account can only belong to one group.

  2. Steps 1 and 2 are performed by the administrator, and step 3 is performed by the invited member.

  3. Click the Edit button to modify a member’s group assignment.


Step 1: Create an Agent Group

Go to Management → Member → Add Group,
enter the group name, and click Confirm.
