Digital Communication - WhatsApp Usage

Step 1: Register an NXLink System Account

Each company only needs to register one account. Other users can join via invitations.

Step 2: Configure a WhatsApp Number

1. Prepare Registration Materials
   Before configuring a WhatsApp number (also known as Embedded Signup), you need to prepare the required documents.

2. Complete Embedded Signup
   Log in to the NXLink system, go to Configuration → Messaging Channels → Configure WhatsApp Number, and complete the setup.

Step 3: Complete Meta Business Verification

After completing embedded signup, you must also finish Meta Business Verification.
