How to Login to the BM Platform

Prerequisites

During the WhatsApp Embedded Signup process, a Meta Business Account will be created. Each account comes with a management console, generally referred to as the BM (Business Manager) Console.

Step 1: Log in with FB Account Credentials

1. If you are already logged into Facebook on the same browser, you won’t need to re-enter your account credentials.

2. If two-factor authentication (2FA) is enabled, you will need to enter the authentication code.

Step 2: Select the Business Entity to Manage

1. After logging in, the default view will display your Facebook Page content.

2. Click the downward triangle icon as shown in the image. In the popup window, select the business entity you want to manage, then click the settings icon on the right.

Step 3: Enter the BM Console

Click Business Settings (as shown in the image) to access the BM management console.
