ZBS message template type

ZBS message templates are categorized and reviewed based on two aspects: "format type" and "destination-tag".

Module 1: ZBS Message Templates - Format Type Differentiation

I. ZBS OTP (Verification Code) Template

ZBS OTP is used to confirm login to online applications and notify users of the creation or change of user status (sending OTP codes to customers to create new accounts, confirming password changes, account verification, transaction verification, etc.).

When using the default OTP template format, enterprises cannot add CTA buttons.

II. ZBS custom (Table+TXT) template

ZBS forms are typically used for information such as order updates, transaction information, purchase history, and service bills (electricity, water, etc.), and are suitable for content with many parameters.

ZBS Text Template: The content clearly displays information about recent transactions with customers and is categorized according to the purpose of the message.

three, ZBS Service Rating Template

ZBS service rating templates can be sent to end customers who have experienced a company's products/services to assess customer satisfaction.

There are currently 5 rating levels, corresponding to 1-5 stars. Businesses can customize the title to suit each size or follow the suggestions provided by the system (Very Dissatisfied, Dissatisfied, Neutral, Satisfied, Very Satisfied).

For each rating, businesses can “add details” to gain clearer information about why customers gave reviews.

IV. ZBS Coupon Template

ZBS Coupon Templates are an informative and easy-to-use promotional notification tool. With ZBS Coupon Templates, merchants can not only help customers easily identify and utilize promotions, but also avoid confusion between different types of notifications, thus preventing missed promotional opportunities.

The coupon templates emphasize user interaction and convenience. With just two simple steps— saving it to a QR code wallet and copying the coupon code —customers can easily use the promotion anytime, anywhere.

1. How to save ZBS coupons to your QR code wallet

When a user receives a ZBS Voucher notification, if they actively choose to "Save to QR Wallet ," the system automatically records the saved voucher in the user's QR wallet. Then, when they need to find the saved coupon code, the user will actively access their "QR Wallet" and select the coupon for which they want to view details.

2. How to copy/copy coupon codes from ZBS Voucher

The coupon code can be used not only as a physical discount code, but users can also copy the coupon code from the ZBS Voucher for online use.

Simply click on the coupon code (highlighted in blue) . Once the coupon code is successfully copied, the screen will display a "Code copied" message.

3. Coupon reservation reminder function

When a user actively selects "Save to QR Code Wallet," the system automatically activates the coupon's reminder function. The default expiration reminder time is 24 hours before the coupon expires, ensuring customers don't miss the opportunity to use the discount.

Coupon usage reminder notifications are sent only once to the end user (who has successfully saved the coupon to their QR code wallet).

To ensure the privacy and experience of Zalo users, reservation reminders must be sent between 6:00 AM and 8:00 PM. If the reservation is sent outside this time frame, the system will automatically remind you at 5:00 PM before the coupon expires.

For example: Coupon expiration date: 10 PM on April 25, 2024.

The deadline is 24 hours before 10 PM on April 24, 2024 => This exceeds the system reminder time range.

The system will automatically remind you at 5 PM on April 24, 2024.

V. ZBS Payment Template

Using traditional methods or templates, end users must go through many steps to make a payment. The new ZBS payment request template supports an "Instant Payment" button, allowing users to make payments conveniently and limiting the risk of subjective errors.

Users pay using ZBS

To facilitate payments from multiple banks, Zalo has established partnerships with several major banks in Vietnam.

When a user chooses to pay using a bank linked to Zalo, all information about the recipient's account, such as bank, account number, amount, and notes, will be automatically synchronized and transferred to the corresponding bank's application. The user will no longer need to manually copy this information.

• If a user chooses to pay using a bank not associated with Zalo, the user will need to manually copy the payment information.

When a user clicks the "Pay Now" button, Zalo will display banks that have their apps installed on the user's device;

Banks already associated with Zalo will display an icon on the right.

Module 2: ZBS Message Templates - Tag Type Differentiation

When creating a ZBS message template, in addition to selecting the template type, you are also required to select the corresponding "template tag" based on the sending purpose. The official team will also check the accuracy of the "template tag" when reviewing ZBS message templates.

• Tag 1 – Transaction : The purpose needs to be related to the transaction.

• Tag 2 – Customer Service : Update business information and inform end users of customer service plans.

Tag 3 – After-sales (Marketing): Promotion/Upsell / Cross-selling of the company's products / services
