Introduction to Zalo

1. What is Zalo

VNG Corporation (formerly known as VinaGame) is a Vietnamese technology company founded in 2004. It focuses on digital content, online entertainment, social networking, and e-commerce. Its four main businesses are: Zalo, Zalo Official Account, BAO MOI, and Adtima.

Zalo is one of the most popular and widely used social media platforms in Vietnam, applied extensively in daily communication and business services.

Zalo ranks first in Vietnam in terms of downloads and active users, with over 74 million users and more than 2 billion messages processed daily. In Vietnam, 91% of respondents consider Zalo an indispensable application.


2. Differences between Zalo ZNS, Zalo Official Account (ZOA), and Zalo Cloud Connect (ZCC)
