WhatsApp Message Link Setup


Prerequisites:

You have successfully registered for WABA and your WhatsApp number is already bound.

Step 1: Login to BM Backend

  1. Log in to the BM backend, click the three horizontal lines icon in the upper left corner, and then click WhatsApp Management Tool.

  1. On the overview page, click the corresponding phone number.

  1. On the phone number page, click the settings icon on the right.

Step 2: Create a Message Link

  1. Click "Create message link" in the message link module to create a message link.

  1. On the create QR code page, write a message and click save.

Additional notes:

  1. It is recommended to write a message in advance, which can be the first sentence that customers often ask, or simply inform the customer to click send.
  2. You can also save it without writing a message.

Step 3: Use the Message Link

After the WhatsApp message link is created, it can be used in multiple scenarios:

  1. Place the message link or QR code on the official website or independent website homepage.
  2. Place the QR code on product packaging.
  3. Show the message link on advertisements, social media, forums, etc.

Example:

  1. Copy the message link.

  1. Set up on the official website.

  1. Customers click to consult.
