Google SSO Single Sign-On

The Google SSO login feature is disabled by default. If you need to use it, please contact NXLink staff first.

1. Manage Employees in Google Workspace

1.1 User Management

  • Add users

  • Delete users (after deleting a user, there’s no need to delete them again in NXLink; the user will no longer be able to log in to NXLink)

1.2 Create a Google Application for NXLink

The purpose of creating the application is to authorize the service provider (NXLink) to access your Google Workspace in order to verify login.

  • Fill in NXLink service provider information

  • Complete application creation

2. Manage Certificates in NXLink

2.1 Download application certificate

  • Choose download method 1 or method 2

2.2 Upload the certificate to NXLink

The system supports maintaining multiple sets of Google certificates:

  1. Perform enterprise domain management: edit enterprise domain content

  2. For certificates downloaded via method 1: use XML certificate file management

  3. For certificates downloaded via method 2: use PEM format management, and also maintain the Entity ID and SSO URL fields

3. Invite Agents via SSO Email

3.1 Download invitation template

    • Agent Email* (mandatory)

    • Agent Nickname (optional, maximum 100 characters)

3.2 Upload Excel for batch invitation

  • Confirm invitation via email

3.3 Use SSO for account login

  • Select SSO login and enter the enterprise domain (can be pre-configured on the frontend)

4. SSO Login Authentication

  1. If the Google account is already logged in on the browser, it will directly use that account for login.

  2. If multiple accounts exist in the browser and the current account login fails, account selection will be required.

  3. If no Google account is logged in on the browser, enter the account to log in.

5. IFrame Login

  1. Configure login method (account/password or SSO) in the development interface.

  2. For SSO login, the enterprise domain can be pre-filled and hidden.
