System Rule Permission

Roles in the NXLink System

Upon entering the NXLink system, there are four default roles: Owner, Administrator, Supervisor, and Agent. Roles above Supervisor level can create and modify roles (except Owner) and assign related permissions.

The Owner is the account holder who registers in the NXLink system. Other roles such as Administrator, Supervisor, and Agent join the system through invitations. Each role comes with different permissions, as explained below:

    • Reports

  2. Within the Management module, the Administrator can manage:

  1. Go to Management → People → Role, click Add Role, enter the role name and description (optional), then confirm.

  2. Click Permission Assignment for the corresponding role, select the required menu permissions, and assign access accordingly.
