Module 1: Pre-Broadcast Settings
Step 1: Add/Import Customers
1. Import Customers
In the [Customers] module under [Customer List], you can import new customers.
There are two ways to import:
-
Click [Add Customer] to create a single entry
-
Click [Import] to batch import customers (download and prepare the template before importing)
Instructions:
-
It is recommended to provide complete customer information when creating or importing, so that appropriate variables can be used later when creating customer groups.
Batch Import Notes:
-
A single batch upload cannot exceed 5,000 records. If more, split into multiple uploads.
-
At least one of the following fields must not be empty: First Name / Last Name / Phone Number / WhatsApp / Viber / Zalo / Email. Other fields can be left blank if not available.
-
Tags should be separated by commas (Chinese/English). If a tag does not exist in the system, it will be created automatically and associated.
-
It is recommended to first create the required tags and custom fields, prepare them in the import file, and then import.
2. Create Tags
This step is optional. Customer tags can be used later as conditions for Customer Groups. If you don’t plan to use tags as grouping conditions, you can skip this step.
In the [Customer Management] module under [Customer Tags], you can create tag categories and tags. This helps with richer customer classification and more flexible group creation for targeted operations.
Instructions:
-
It is recommended to first create Tag Categories, and then add Customer Tags under them for better organization.
-
To batch add tags: In [Customer List], select customers, click [Batch Tagging], enter the tag content, choose how to add, and confirm.
3. Create Custom Fields
This step is optional. Custom Fields can also be used later as conditions for Customer Groups.
In the [Management] module under [Custom Settings], click [Custom Fields] to create new ones. Six field types are supported: Text, Number, Single Choice, Multiple Choice, Date, Time. Custom fields will appear in Customer Information.
Instructions:
