Navigate to 'Report-Interaction-Digital', This module records all conversations, including those pending assignment, in progress, and completed.
Click the 'Details' button on the right side of any conversation in the conversation list to view the communication history with the user.
Click 'Go to the Conversation' on the right top corner to directly enter the chat window and continue communicating with the user.
Click 'Contact' to choose a different WhatsApp number to communicate with the user.
