Enterprise Qualification

• Company name:

• Valid Vietnamese business license (jpg, png, pdf)

• For financial industries: an Establishment and Operation License issued by the State Bank of Vietnam

• Legal representative’s ID card (front & back)

• Vietnamese local phone number

• Vietnamese Zalo personal account

  • Must be registered using the above local phone number

  • Must pass Zalo identity verification

Note: The Vietnamese phone number and Zalo personal account must match, but they do not have to match the legal representative.

Brand Information

• Brand introduction (simple and clear; may be translated into Vietnamese using Google Translate)

• Brand avatar (min. 240×240px, jpg/png, max 15MB)

• Cover photo (min. 320×180px, jpg/png, max 15MB)

• OTP text copy (may also be provided as an attachment if there are multiple)

• Brand logo (black background & white background versions)

• Logo size (see example in Attachment 3)

Note: Whether the application can be approved is subject to confirmation by NiuXin personnel.
