Step 1: Create customer information

In the 【Customers】 module, go to the 【Customer List】 and click on 【Add Customer】 on the right side. Enter the customer's name and WhatsApp number, then click on 【Confirm】.

Step 2: Send Template Message

Note: For new customers who contact you for the first time, you need to send a template message. You need to submit the message template and have it approved by Meta.

1. Click on the customer's name.

2. Click on 【Contact】 or 【Go to Conversation】

3. Send the template message.
