How to Create a New Customer and Send Viber Message

Step 1: Create customer information

In the 【Customers】 module, go to the 【Customer List】 and click on 【Add Customer】 on the right side. Enter the customer's name and Viber number, then click on 【Confirm】.

 

Step 2: Send Template Message

1. Click on the customer's name.

 

2. Click on 【Contact】 or 【Go to Conversation】

 

3. Send the template message.

 

PS: Only in Belarus, Russia, and Ukraine is it required to use a message template for sending transactional messages (such as one-time passwords and verification information). In other countries, message templates are not required for transactional messages, and free-form conversation is allowed.

If the message content has not been pre-approved, it can still be sent, but the cost will be calculated as promotional.

The template review process is as follows:

  1. The customer submits the message template to NX.

  2. NX submits it to the official team for review.
    (Currently, the official channel does not provide an API for this process)
