User Inquiry Auto-Tagging Workflow

Step 1: Configure Message Link/QR Code

Log in to the BM backend with the corresponding Facebook account at https://business.facebook.com/.
Go to WhatsApp Manager → Phone Numbers → Settings → Message Link and complete the following:

1. Create Message Link/QR Code

    • Set up a pre-defined message.

    • When users scan the QR code, the pre-edited text will appear in their input box.

    • By sending this message, the system will trigger the auto-tagging workflow.

2. Download QR Code / Copy Link

  • Download the QR code or copy the link.

  • Place it on websites, in stores, or other channels where users can scan/click to initiate a consultation.

 

 


Step 2: Configure Auto-Tagging Workflow

Log in to the NXLink system at https://nxlink.nxcloud.com/ and complete the following:

1. Create Customer Tags

In the Customer module, under Customer Tags, create the required tags.

 

2. Set Up Auto-Tagging Workflow

  • In the Digital Workflow module, create an auto-tagging workflow triggered by keywords.

  • Example: When the keyword “vip” is detected, the system automatically assigns the “VIP Customer” tag to that customer.

 


Step 3: Auto-Tagging When User Initiates Inquiry

  • When users scan the QR code and send the pre-set message, the keyword in that message will trigger the auto-tagging workflow.

  • The system will then apply the corresponding tag to the user.

  • At the same time, NXLink will automatically create a customer profile (except for already existing users), including name, WhatsApp number, and creation time.
