Extension settings

1. Right-click on the icon and then click on 'Options'.
2. If your supervisor hasn't configured the Popup Callback URL, you can configure it here.

   Supported variables:

   {{callerNumber}} Incoming Caller Number
   {{calleeNumber}} Incoming Callee Number
   {{sipNumber}} Sip Number
   {{agentAccount}} Agent Account
   {{CampaignID}} Unique value for campaign
   {{callId}} Unique value for call

   Start using

   1. Log in to your account   

    

   2.  Select any phone number on the Chrome browser page, right-click, and choose 'Make a Call'.

   

   3. Switch to 'Work-Idle' status to receive incoming calls
