How to Use Forms

1. Create a Form

Path: Management → Tools → Forms

Steps:

  1. Click Add.

  2. Enter the form name, select the required fields, and edit the form content.

  3. Click Confirm to complete the creation.

If the ticket field is selected, a ticket will be automatically generated when the form is submitted.


2. Share a Form

Steps:

  1. Click the Share button.

  2. You can either copy the form link or save the QR code to share the form.

  3. When users fill out the form via the link or QR code, their information will automatically be added to the customer list.

  4. If the ticket field is selected, both customer information and a ticket will be automatically generated after submission.


3. View Form Data

Steps:

  1. Click the form name to view its data.

  2. You can check submission data statistics and the submission list.
