To enhance account security, you can configure password complexity and set automatic logout times.
1. Account Settings
Password Requirements:
- Minimum length: The minimum length is 8, and the maximum length is fixed at 20.
- Minimum number of letters
- Minimum lowercase letters
- Minimum uppercase letters
- Minimum number of digits
- Minimum number of special characters: The minimum number of special characters required in a password. The following special characters are allowed: !#$%&'()*+,-./:;<=>?@[\]^_`{|}~
- Repeat historical password restriction: Number of times historical passwords cannot be used when changing passwords.
- Password error limit: When the number of login password errors reaches the specified limit, the account will be locked for one hour.
- Lockout Time: Configure account lockout time; permanent lockout requires a password reset.
Automatic Logout TIme:
After enabling automatic logout, select a time interval. If the user remains inactive for that period, the system will automatically log them out.
2. Security Settings
When this rule is enabled, you can configure the following two fields:
Data Masking Rules: Determines how customer contact information is masked for selected roles.
Options include:
- Mask Last 4 Digits
- Mask Middle Digits
Masking Roles: Select the roles to which this masking rule will apply. Users with these roles will only see masked contact information.
