Step 1: Activate SMS Application
Before using the SMS broadcast feature, confirm whether the SMS application has been activated and check the SMS pricing. (For details, please contact NX sales or customer service.)
Step 2: Confirm SMS Content and Destination
Since carriers in different countries impose filtering restrictions on SMS content, please contact customer service before sending. Provide the target country and the content template. Customer service will confirm whether the SMS can be sent. Otherwise, sending may fail.
Step 3: Create SMS Campaign
In the [Campaign Management] module, under [Digital] → [SMS Broadcast], click [Create SMS Campaign] to edit and send campaign content.
1. Edit Content
Enter the campaign name and SMS content, then click Next.
2. Import Recipients
There are two methods to import recipients:

Method 1: Directly upload phone numbers. Prepare them according to the system template and import in bulk.

Method 2: Select contacts from customer groups within the system. (This requires customers to be imported in bulk and grouped in advance.)
3. Budget Calculation
The system will automatically calculate the cost of this campaign.
4. Review and Send
Choose to send immediately or schedule for later.
5. View Statistics
In [Campaigns] → [Digital] → [SMS Broadcast], you can view details of each broadcast campaign, such as sent, delivered, failed, and read.
In [Reports] → [Mass Camapign Analysis], you can filter by time range to view overall campaign data within a given period, such as total campaigns, number sent, delivered, failed, and read. Currently, data is stored permanently.
