Applicable Scope
The following instructions only apply when the WhatsApp integration method is via API.
1. Register a Cloud Platform Account If you already have an account, you can skip this step.

2. Log in to NXCloud Platform

Note: The login account must include the corresponding country code.
3. Create a WA Customer Application
This step is handled by NXCloud business colleagues who initiate the internal process to create the WA customer application. After completion, you can start registering the WABA.

Note: The callback URL must not have any restrictions, otherwise it will affect message status retrieval and other functions.
Operation path: Cloud Platform → WhatsApp → Customer Application → Number → Template → Add New
Notes: The first test must use a template message, so you need to create a template first before sending messages.
