WA-API System Operation Guide


Preparation

(1) Create a WA customer application

This step is operated by NXCloud, and after completion, provide the customer with the login account and password of the cloud platform.

(2) Login to NXCloud Platform

Cloud platform login address: NXCloud Platform https://www.nxcloud.com/client/login
Note: The login account needs to include the corresponding country code.

Step 1: WABA registration and enterprise certification

(1) Step explanation:

For the detailed operation process of WABA registration and enterprise certification, please refer to the document: NXCloud Embedded Registration(API). WABA registration can be completed through embedded registration in the NXCloud Platform.

(2) Operation path:

Cloud platform---WhatsApp---customer application---number---embedded registration

Step 2: API docking and configure the callback address

(1) API documentation:

API interface address (official website) https://www.nxcloud.com/document/whats-app/send-message

(2) Obtain 3 keys

  1. AccessKey and AccessSecret:
    Operation path: NXCloud platform---Console---Homepage---Account Information
  2. appkey
    Operation path: NXCloud platform---WhatsApp---customer application---appkey

(3) Configure the callback address (webhook)

Operation path: NXCloud platform---WhatsApp---customer application---edit---webhook
Note: The callback address cannot have any restrictions, otherwise it will affect the acquisition of message status, etc.

Step 3: Create templates and test sending and receiving

Operation path: NXCloud platform---WhatsApp---customer application---number---template---add
Note:
(1) When testing for the first time, you must create a template and send a template message.
(2) The number for direction 86 in mainland China is restricted and cannot be sent.

Step 4: View session records

Operation path: Cloud platform---WhatsApp---record query.
