ZNS Registration and Activation Industry

Step 1: OA Registration / Provide Required Documents

1. Refer to the document “Methods for Activating Zalo Notification Service (ZNS) and Required Documents” to identify the necessary materials for the chosen method and provide them to NX personnel.

2. NX personnel will assist customers with ZNS template registration/activation.

Note: If the customer does not have a Zalo Official Account (ZOA), they must register one first. NX personnel can assist with related registration issues. For registration steps, refer to the official Zalo document:

Step 2: Purchase Zalo Official Package

Customers who borrow NX credentials to send OTP templates without applying for their own ZOA can skip this step.

Once the ZOA has been registered/linked, NX personnel will assist the customer in purchasing the official Zalo package. This package is mandatory to apply for and send ZNS message templates.

• The official package has different duration options. The only difference is the length of time the package is valid; it does not affect ZNS features. In other words, it is a time-based package only.

• A one-month package can only be purchased once.

Package Purchase Steps

1. If the customer has their own ZOA, they should purchase the package themselves and notify NX personnel of the purchase time and type.

   • Customers managing their own OA must also create a ZCA (Zalo’s financial settlement platform). Guide:

2. How to purchase the package (only applicable to customers managing their own packages; others may skip):

   • (1) After creating ZCA, link the ZOA to the corresponding ZCA account:

Step 3: Authorize NX as OA Administrator

Follow the Instructions in this document to authorize NX as an administrator of the OA. After authorization, inform NX personnel of the OA’s name.

Step 4: Customer Zalo ZNS API Integration / Nxlink-Zalo Integration

API Integration

1. Log in to the NXCLOUD client to obtain the Access key.

2. Complete the interface authentication algorithm according to the development documentation.

3. Follow the Zalo ZNS integration documentation for API connection.

4. Obtain AppKey and Template ID from NX.

5. Complete the integration and enter the testing phase.
