FB Account notes

FB New Account Suggestions

  1. After completing FB registration, you can first complete the basic information of the account and enable two-factor authentication.
  2. Do not start registering WABA yet. Instead, spend some time logging into FB every day, browsing, adding friends, or viewing posts.
  3. It is recommended to start registering WABA 1 week after completing registration.
  4. A phone number can only be used to register one Facebook account. If the original FB account is banned, a new phone number is required to register a new account.
  5. One identity information can only correspond to one Facebook account. If the original FB account is banned, new personal identity information is required to create a new account.

Other notes:

  1. All personal accounts must be created by individuals themselves through official Facebook channels. Personal account creation is free, and users should not purchase/get Facebook personal accounts through other channels (including Facebook official agents, who should not create personal accounts for advertisers).
  2. Only one personal account is allowed. If a user has multiple FB accounts, it will make Meta think that the user is intentionally creating multiple fake accounts, which may lead to the blocking of all accounts.
  3. Your name must be real, and your date of birth and gender must be filled in truthfully.
  4. Please use a commonly used personal email address for system verification.
  5. Do not use avatars that impersonate someone or entity (such as celebrities), or other false identity descriptions, do not use infringing images, do not share accounts with others, and do not frequently use different devices to log into FB accounts.
  6. Account posts/promotional content must not violate Meta's terms and conditions.

Identification verification issues:

If you have completed the company verification process and Meta cannot verify your company, you can appeal Meta's decision and submit more information. In this case, Meta will try to verify your identity. If Meta cannot confirm your identity through government-issued identification or two formal documents, the following reasons may apply:

Your photo does not meet the requirements: Please try submitting government-issued identification again to ensure it meets Meta's requirements.

  1. Show all 4 corners of the identification document.
  2. Lay the identification document flat and do not tilt the photo.
  3. Use a dark background and avoid white or light backgrounds.
  4. Show all information on the identification document. Please note that you can use stickers or tape to cover sensitive information, but Meta does not accept photos that have been digitally modified.

Too many identification document submissions: To continue the company verification process, other administrators of the Business Manager platform can submit their identification documents for verification.
