How to invite team members:

Preparation: Create a team
First, the owner of the registration entity should create the necessary team.

Note: The first and second steps are operated by the team administrator, and the third step is operated by the invited members.


Step 1: Choose the team to join

Click on the 【personal avatar】 icon in the upper right corner, and in the pop-up window, click on 【Change Team】, select the team you want to join, then click 【Enter】.

Step 2: Invite members

Menu: Management - People - Digital Agent.



Step 3: Accept the invitation and join the team

The invited member needs to open his/her own email, receive the invitation email, and click on the link in the email to accept the invitation and set the login password. Finally, click 【Confirm】 to start using the team account.
