Module 1: Facebook Account Registration
If you already have a Facebook account, you can skip this step.
- Open the Facebook website(https://www.facebook.com) and fill in your basic information.
- Verify your email address or phone number.
- Once your verification is successful, your registration is complete.


Notes: For more details, you can directly click [FB账号注意事项] to view.
- Your Facebook account can be a personal or company email (but keep in mind that personnel changes or departures may affect your account in the future.)
- It is recommended to use an old Facebook account for registration instead of a new one.
- Your Facebook account needs to go through two-factor authentication.
- Only one identity verification information is allowed per Facebook account.
Module 2: Embedded Registration Process
Step 0: Registration Instructions

The relationship among the three is that WABA is registered under the meta business account, and WhatsApp numbers are bound under WABA. Each meta business account can register up to 20 WABAs, and each WABA can bind up to 20 WhatsApp numbers.
(Supplementary Note:
- Before the Meta Business Account verification is approved, the entire Meta Business Account can register up to 2 WhatsApp numbers.
- Once the Meta Business Account verification is approved, up to 20 WhatsApp numbers can be registered.
- If you need to register more than 20 numbers, you must submit a support ticket to Meta, and only after the application is reviewed and approved can additional numbers be registered.)
Step 1: Embedded Registration Entrance
Log in to the NXLink platform (https://app.nxcloud.com/#/login) and find “Channel Setting” and click "Embedded Enrollment(Cloud API).

Note: Newly registered Facebook accounts need to wait at least 1-2 weeks before registering WABA.
Step 2: FB Account Login & Authorization
Log in to your Facebook account and start authorizing and registering WABA.



Step 3: Register Meta Business Account
Register a new meta business account by filling in the company name,company website,company email, company address, etc.
If you are registering under an existing entity, select the corresponding meta business account.

Note: This information must be true and complete (you can refer to the information on your business license).
Step 4: Create WABA
Register a new WABA by filling in the WABA name, number display name, business type, and company introduction.
If you are registering under an existing WABA, select the corresponding WABA.


The display name is the name that will be shown to end users.
It is recommended to enter your company brand name, or a name related to your company name or website domain (relevant content should be reflected on your website).
Otherwise, the registration may fail the review.
Step 5: Add a WhatsApp Number
- It is recommended to register with a local number from the user’s country to enhance user experience. (NXCloud
provides local number registration services. Please consult your account manager for details.)
- When registering a WABA, the bound number cannot have been previously registered with WhatsApp. If you wish to use such a number, you must deregister it first.
Options for Registering Numbers (two options available; either can be selected):a. 1555 – Official Free WhatsApp Number
- Each Meta Business Account can obtain up to 2 free WhatsApp numbers.
- These free numbers can be used normally once the Business Verification and Display Name review are approved.
- Cannot be migrated to another WABA account.
- Otherwise, they function like regular WhatsApp numbers.
b. Add a New Number
- This option allows you to register your own WhatsApp number normally.

After selecting 'Add a New Number', enter the phone number you want to bind to the WABA.
Choose the verification method (voice call or SMS) and complete the verification.
Once the verification is successful, the registration is complete!

After clicking OK, a window will pop up in NXLink. Select the WhatsApp number just registered, click Next, and then click Save.

Step 6: Check the number status
After closing the registration window, you can see that the WA number just registered has been automatically added. You can check the current status of the number here.

Note:
- The display name will be reviewed by the WhatsApp team. Please wait patiently for the review results.
- If your entity has not yet completed Meta Business Verification, please proceed with the verification as soon as possible.
- If the newly registered number does not appear when refreshing NXLink, first click [如何解决WA待审核] and follow the steps provided. If the number still does not appear, please contact NX support personnel.
Module 3: Meta Enterprise Certification Application
Step 1: Enterprise certification operation entrance
Open the webpage https://business.facebook.com/
Log in with your FB account and click the gear icon in the lower left corner to start enterprise settings (business setting).

- Click Security Center in the left menu bar;
- Find the enterprise entity bound to the WABA on the right interface, Click to Start verification.

Step 2: Fill in and confirm enterprise information
- Click Get started
- Select the country where the enterprise is located
- The system will automatically associate and fill in the enterprise information of the WABA. Please check the information.
- Match the enterprise information registered with meta





PS: If the corresponding information is not found, you can choose the option "My organization isn’t listed".
Step 3: Select verification method
Meta supports four verification methods: email, phone, SMS, and domain verification. Email verification is recommended by the official.

Step 4: Upload proof documents
- Upload a document proving the enterprise name, and it is recommended to upload the business license;
- Upload a document proving the enterprise addressand telephone number, and it is recommended to upload the
enterprise invoice.

Note: If a prompt appears during the submission process that requires FB account identity verification, please follow the platform's instructions. After FB account verification is passed, you can continue enterprise certification.
Step 5: Obtain/Submit verification code
- Obtain and submit the verification code.
- After the verification is passed, the submission is successful. The review results will be available in about 2 working days.



Step 6: Check the review results
- You can check the review results in the Security Center.
- If the review fails, you can check the reason, modify the information, and submit the application again.
