Corpus
When creating a Digital Virtual Agent (Inbound Chat) or a Voice Virtual Agent (Outbound Calls & Inbound Calls), you can configure a corpus and assign it to specific nodes for use.
1. Create Corpus
Path: AI Hub → Digital Virtual Agent or Voice Virtual Agent → Corpus
Click Corpus → click Edit to create a new corpus.


1. Enter the Corpus Name and Corpus Content, then click Save.

2. A single corpus name supports adding multiple corpus contents.

3. After saving successfully, click the icon to generate audio.
