WhatsApp's message sending limit is divided into four levels: 1,000, 10,000, 100,000, and no limit. The specific process for improving the message level of a WA number is as follows:

Note: If the time of the 500th conversation initiated by the business is 7 pm (for example), meta will increase the message limit at 7 pm the next day (i.e., 24 hours later).
Create a WhatsApp message template on the NiuXin platform, then submit it for meta review. The review process can take up to 24 hours, but it can also be approved in just a few minutes. Once the template is approved, you can start sending messages.
Note: If it's an OTP template used only for verification purposes, it's recommended to include phrases like "This number is only for sending verification codes. For other issues, please contact XXX" in the template to avoid complaints from users who receive no response after replying to the message.
In theory, you can upgrade to a message limit of no restrictions within a week, but it depends on the actual situation.
