1	Register FB account	Email address	1Used to register FB account. If already have an FB account, this step can be skipped.2It is recommended to use a company email address because this email will be linked to both FB and WA. If a personal email is used and an employee leaves, it could make it difficult to log in later. (If the email used to register FB account is already in use, it cannot be used again. If an FB account already exists, it can be used to register WABA directly.)3Use an FB account that has been registered for a longer period of time. It is not recommended to register a new account and start using it immediately.4For FB accounts, personal identification verification needs to be completed. It is recommended to use the same phone number and ID information submitted during registration.
2	The information when registering WABA	Enterprise name	The full name of the parent company, consistent with the name on the business license in item 9.
3		Official address	The full name of the parent company, consistent with the name on the business license in item 9.
4		Contact phone number	The contact number of the parent company, consistent with the phone number on the official documents in item 10. It's best if the number is connected.
5		Official email address	The service email address of the parent company (the email suffix should be consistent with the official website domain name).
6		Official website	The official website of the parent company, please ensure that:1The website must be accessed via HTTPS;2The full name of the parent company is displayed at the bottom of the website;3The company address and phone number displayed on the website match those in items 3 and 4 (optional).
7	Create WA accoun	Phone number	The WA account number, which must be an unregistered number for WA, preferably a company-owned number. Note: turning off the phone number generally does not affect the status of the WA account. However, if WA is blocked, the number may be needed to activate the account. It is recommended to hold the number for as long as possible. (If the customer needs to register WA with a local number to increase user trust, NX can provide local number services. Please consult your dedicated business representative.)
8	Create WA accoun	Display name	The display name (brand name) of the WA account, which can be different from the parent company name, but must be strongly related to the business (keywords should be reflected on the official website).
9	Business entity certification	Business license
10	Business entity certification	Document or bill with company name/address/phone number	Provide documents according to the way the company is certified: 1To be verified through SMS or phone verification in item 4 - contact phone number, an official document with the company name/address/phone number (all three pieces of information are required), or an official document with the company name/address and another official document with the company name/phone number are required.2To be verified through the official website or an enterprise email with the same domain name as the official website, an official document with the company name/address is required.3Official document types include business registration certificates, tax certificates or government-issued business information documents, utility bills, and bank statements.
