NXLink Embedded Registration (NXLink)

Module 1: Facebook Account Registration 

If you already have a Facebook account, you can skip this step.

1. Go to theFacebook website(https://www.facebook.com) and fill in your basic information.
2. Verify youremail addressor phone number.
3.
Once your verification is successful, your registration is complete.

 

Notes:

  1. Your Facebook account can be a personal or company email, but keep in mind that personnel changes or departures may affect your account in the future.
  2. It is recommended to use an old Facebook account for registration instead of a new one.
  3. Your Facebook account needs to go through personal identity verification, so it is recommended to use the same phone number and identity information that you submitted during registration.
  4. Only one identity verification informationis allowed per Facebook account.

 

Module 2: Embedded Registration Process Step 0: Registration Instructions

The relationship among the three is that WABA is registered under the meta business account, and WhatsApp numbers are bound under WABA. Each meta business account can register up to 20 WABAs, and each WABA can bind up to 20 WhatsApp numbers.

 

Step 1: Embedded Registration Entrance 

Log in to the NXLink platform (https://nxlink.nxcloud.com/admin/#/login) and find “Embedded Registration

Operate process: NXLink platform -- Management - Channel -- WhatsApp-- Embedded Registration

Note: Newly registered Facebook accounts need to wait at least 1-2 hours before registering WABA. Recommendation: Use an old Facebook account for registration. New accounts are more likely to be blocked.


Step 2: FB Account Login & Authorization 

Log in to your Facebook account and start authorizing and registering WABA.

 

Step 3: Register Meta Business Account

Register a new meta business account by filling in the company name,company website,company email, company address, etc. If you are registering under an existing entity, select the corresponding meta business account.

Note: This information must be true and completed (you can refer to the information on your business license).

Step 4: Create WABA

Register a new WABA by filling in the WABA name, display name, business type, and company introduction.  If you are registering under an existing WABA, select the corresponding WABA.

 

Note: The display name must be strongly related to the company name and business (keywords should be displayed on the website), or your registration may not be approved.

Step 5: Add WhatsApp Number 

1. Enter the phone number to be bound to WABA and select the verification method (Phone call or text message verification). Once verified, the registration is completed.

 

 

2.After clicking OK, , a window will pop up. Select the WhatsApp number just registered, click Next, and then click Save.

Note: 

  1. It is recommended to register with a local number in the user's country to improve user experience(NXCloud provides local number registration services, please consult your account manager for details).
  2. When binding a Chinese number, please select voice verification!! There is a chance that theverification codewill not be received for Chinese numbers, so you can try sending it multiple times or changing the number.
  3. When registering a WABA, the bound number cannot be a previously registered WhatsApp number. If you need to use it, you need to cancel it first.

 

Step 6: Check the number status

After closing the registration window, you can see that the WA number just registered has been automatically added. You can check the current status of the number here.

Note:

  1. The display name is reviewed by the WhatsApp team, please be patient for the review results.
  2. If your entity has not completed the meta enterprise certification, please do it as soon as possible.

 

Module 3: Meta Enterprise Certification Application

Step 1: Enterprise certification operation entrance

Open the webpage https://business.facebook.com/Log in with your FB account and click the gear icon in the lower left corner to start enterprise settings (business setting).

1. Click Security Center in the left menu bar

2. Find the enterprise entity bound to the WABA on the right interface;

3. Click Start verification.

Step 2: Fill in and confirm enterprise information

  1. Click Get started;
  2. Select the country where the enterprise is located;
  3. The system will automatically associate and fill in the enterprise information of the WABA. Please check the information.
  4. Match theenterprise informationregistered with meta;
  5. If the corresponding information is not found, you can choose the option "My organization isn’t listed".

Step 3: Select verification method 

Meta supports four verification methods: email, phone, SMS, and domain verification. Email verification is recommended by the platform.

Step 4: Upload proof documents 

  1. Upload a document proving theenterprise name, and it is recommended to upload thebusiness license;
  2. Upload a document proving theenterprise addressand telephone number, and it is recommended to upload the enterprise invoice.

Note: If a prompt appears during the submission process that requires FB account identity verification, please follow the platform's instructions. After FB account verification is passed, you can continue enterprise certification.

Step 5: Obtain/Submit verification code

  1. Obtain and submit the verification code.
  2. After the verification is passed, the submission is successful. The review results will be available in about 2 working days.

Step 6: Check the review results

  1. You can check the review results in the Security Center.
  2. If the review fails, you can check the reason, modify the information, and submit the application again.
